What iS Heartfelt Coaching?
A heart-based approach to personal growth and coaching.
By combining deep empathic listening with powerful questions, I support you in finding answers and action steps to how you can live a more fullfilling life.
By being mindful and present in your life, and living in the present moment - right NOW, you will have the fulfillment of living a more genuine and authentic life.

We are often so occupied with our past or future that we forget to live in the present moment. Then we often loose contact with ourselves and start living an unconscious life on autopilot. Do you want to live your life like this? Like a robot..

My intention with offering this coaching is to support you in waking up to yourself – your true being! And to support you to connect with your heart again!
To make the trip from your head and mind, into your body & heart. And live from this place instead of from your mind. Thoughtspinn and cognitive overload is often one of the things that make us exhausted and not able to live fully. Most of our everyday stress comes from a too active mind. You might say we intend to go from MindFULLness to Mindfulness...

The trip from head to heart is a beautiful trip, an exploration and an adventure. But it can also be a difficult trip, have consequences, and be painful. Many of us doesn't really know what we want, need and long for, because we have never really stopped and listened and noticed what we feel and the need behind it.
When we reconnect with our bodies, emotions and heart, it is SOOOO worth it! And when you start living from this space, instead of from mind and beliefs and old patterns you will notice the difference immediately. Then you can live a life in flow and joy and alignement.

During your hour of heartfelt coaching i will support you in exploring what is most alive in you at the present moment.

What is your needs, and what would you like to clarify in your life?
Are you living your life situation or living Life with the big L?
What is the difference?
You are probably here because you are living your life situation...
I am not promising that we can clarify all this in an hour. No, but we can start the process. And then you decide where you want to go from there.

Maybe you can go all the way and figure out:
Who you are without your story? Interested?

Anyway, we can explore any topic you want more clarity in?
Relationships, work, lifepath, health, spirituality, how to have more fun and joy in your life, why there is pain and suffering, patterns you see that are holding you back? You name it.

Everything can be explored. Life is a wonder. The intention is to become more aware of what is true to you, and how can you live more aligned with this truth and your heart!

The coaching can be scheduled:

Online – using messenger, phone or zoom.

In REAL life – face to face. We will find a good space for us to meet and explore your topic. I have an office, but it might not fit your location geographically - but I am flexible!

I also do coaching outdoors, walking or sitting in nature.

How to connect through nature
Are you one of those who find it difficult to sit still, in silence maybe, or talk of emotions while in a quiet setting?
Because you become restless and awkward...?
But you long to explore some of the things that keep spinning in your mind! Or this motion, or feeling in your body!

A walk in nature do not just stimulate our bodies actively, but it also supports us in reconnecting to ourselves and our surroundings so that we see and feel our true nature. It supports us in being here and NOW, to be conscious, find more space, and often helps us forget about stress and tasks for a while. It is a way to just be, and to feel connected, and a part of the whole. Away from our digital world and stress and efficiency. This change of surroundings can make a huge difference in clearing our heads and broaden our perspective to lifes challenges.

Why do you often seek out in nature to find relaxation and peace?
It can give us the refuelling we need to handle what comes next. A change of environment and scenery can make wonders.
​
Ever found the answers to your questions after leaving work and going for a walk, doing excersize or sleeping?
​
For some people, moving their body can make it easier to feel into it. To become alive and to notice the flow of energy. If you are one of these people, the activety can be helpful in finding what your body and heart wants to communicate to you. And then enabling you to see life in a different perspective. That can be one of the reasons it feels so good to be active and in flow. To go for a walk, run, dance or do gardening...

Take your mind of things and just emerge yourself in the activety of your choice. Then the answers to your pondering might suddenly pop up by itself. And I can be there to support your exploration and share your journey in double meaning.

What do we do?
​
I support you in exploring yourself and your needs in beautiful nature surroundings by using coaching tools, deep listening and deepening questions. We can also do different exercises during the walk. It will help you connect on a deeper level with your body and heart. Let them send the information to your mind and not the other way around.
​
The walks are customized to your level of fitness and wish. It can be in your close environment, a place you love, or we can go for a longer retreat. It depends on your needs and wish, and can be customized as you please. It can be for just one hour, or you can buy a package for a day or a weekend.
​

I often combine, walks, coaching, yoga, meditation and of course food and time to contemplate on the longer retreats.

Sharing is caring.
We all long for more connection and being able to share openly and genuinly from our hearts. This is a possibility to meet other likeminded people and share your thoughts and feelings in confidentiality. You will often notice that you are not so alone with your issues, we are often more alike than we believe.
​
The circle will be arranged after enough people join. I will hold groups for 6-8 people and it will go on for about 2-2,5 hour with a break in the middle.
Everyone have a specific timeframe to talk and nobody can give advice or comment unless you ask for this specifically.
​
The group can meet online or IRL as most convinient for the majority. I use Zoom as online portal.
