Reflection talks

I practice deep empathic listening, combined with deepening questions for reflection, also often referred to as Inquiry practice.

In our talk you can explore any topic in life. I will support you by holding a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to talk into, and help you go deeper into yourself throughout the conversation, so you can see yourself and your life clearer and decide your next steps.

Walking reflections

This is basically the same as a reflection talk, but we do it together in nature settings. You have to be located close to me geographically for this service.

My experience is that it sometimes is easier to share authentic, and relaxed while moving in nature. We not only talk and share, but also stop to observe and to take in nature, and learn from it and its cycles.

Circle holder, heart space..

I offer to facilitate circles, or smaller groups where we reflect upon life and what it is to be a human being.

Contact me if you want to be part of a circle, or if you need support in facilitating one.

This can be arranged online, or as a physical group as long as we are in geographical proximity.

Prices depends on the time and space involved, and will be decided when you contact me and tell me what you need me to assist you with.

My fee depend on your need, lifesituation and economy.

About Me..

My name is Helene

I am a woman.

I have many roles in my life, humanbeing, woman, mother, daughter, lover, friend, teacher, guide. And I have experienced several different lifechanging events so far in my 48 years on this planet. I have several different courses and educations on my CV, but I really don't think they are so important in what I want to be, and share in this lifetime. I am no longer the personality I grew up as..

I woke up a few years ago.. realized I was not my story..

but soo much more than it..

I realized we have thoughts, feelings, body, senses, are conditioned into a personality.. but..

this is not what I am in essence..

I am a LightHeartedBeing, having a human experience..

And I write about the experience of being human..

Ohm.. Being Human..

What I am here for, and doing on these pages is just to share my reflections on this human life i am living. My thoughts, feelings, insights, reflections!

I believe we humans are not so different, and that we experience and feel the same emotions, think the same thoughts, and experience the same things, just in different wrappings.

Therefore I write it all down..
